Getting buy-in

The TechEssence blog has a terrific new post on how to get staff members to buy into new technology. Great advice, not only for a technology project, but for any change that you're looking to implement.

Her points are:

Do not decide things unilaterally
Involve staff in planning
Involve IT in planning
Encourage staff to "kick the tires"
Offer training
Don't rush it
